Burragumbilli - Characteristics & Tasting Notes

Colour: It has a Straw – Blonde variation, with a brilliant white foamy head and light beading, that continues all the way to the bottom of the glass.



Taste: At first the malt flavour is evident with a wonderful mouth feel with a crisp dry flavour; bitterness is balanced nicely against Saaz hops addition. 



Aroma: has an overall floral, fruity and fresh aroma, hints of Passion & Kiwifruit. The Malt is well balanced against the Pacific Gem & Cascade hops. 



Overall: Burragumbilli is crisp, easy to drink and a very refreshing beer. It is a great food accompaniment, goes fantastically with seafood, spicy Thai and Middle Eastern style cuisine, and Moroccan Lamb is a winner!
